Virtual Platform Access
Note that the NER Virtual Platform will not be live until late April 2021.  Once live, all registered attendees will receive a dedicated email with access to the NER Virtual Platform.

Full Conference registration includes:  Access to all virtual Keynotes, mini-symposia, special sessions, poster gallery, live chat during poster session hours, and online access to conference proceedings.

General Attendee Cancelation & Refund Policy: General attendees are eligible for a registration refund where a refund request is submitted in writing and received by the NER Executive office via the customer service tool on or before 4 April 2021. All approved refunds* will be processed minus a $50.00 processing fee. No registration refunds will be issued after 4 April 2021.

Each Author Registration is valid for TWO paper submissions. Each Paper Submission may contain up to 4 pages. If necessary, up to 4 additional submissions can be purchased for an additional fee* of $100 per submission. If necessary, up to 3 additional pages can be purchased per paper for an additional fee* of $200 per page.

Author Refund Policy:  Author registration is non-refundable where the registration supports a paper which has completed final submission. All approved refunds will be processed minus a $50.00 processing fee. No registration refunds will be issued after 4 April 2021.
