Registration Includes: Access to all conference sessions, food functions (welcome reception, breaks, and lunches) conference program, digital conference proceedings, plus additional conference handouts. For full price conference attendees, pre-conference workshops are an additional cost of $50 for half day and $100 for full day. Workshop only pricing is listed below.

Note: Any registered attendee wishing to bring a guest to the conference welcome reception may purchase a guest pass in the registration process or pay on site.
You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY: General attendees and co-authors are eligible for a registration refund if they cancel on the Cvent website by 4 February 2019 and will incur a processing fee of $50. There are no registration refunds after 4 February 2019 11:59pm PST. Corresponding authors who have uploaded their FINAL papers or abstracts are NOT entitled to any refunds.
If you are the submitting author uploading the final paper or abstract, you must register and pay the registration fee through the paper management system, Papercept. Once the paper/abstract submission fee has been paid by the corresponding author, all *co-authors wishing to attend the conference need to register as a regular attendee through the Cvent system found on the registration tab on the conference website.
*Co-authors may pay for a paper/abstract, but that registration fee will fall under the corresponding author’s name and registration fee credit.
