Ana Kyani

Ana Kyani is a seasoned leader at the intersection of neuroscience, data science, and digital health. She presently serves as Director of Neuroscience, Data Science & Digital Health at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing strategic initiatives that leverage advanced analytics and digital health technologies to accelerate therapeutic innovation.

In addition to her corporate role, she is Chair of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society’s Women in Biomedical Engineering (WiBME) initiative—championing greater inclusion, mentorship, and leadership opportunities for women in biomedical and engineering disciplines.

Her career reflects a strong commitment to bridging rigorous science with meaningful patient impact, leading cross-disciplinary teams that bring together machine learning, real-world evidence, digital platforms, and neuroscience.
