Registration fees and details

All authors of accepted papers must register for the conference by 9 February 2015 (23:59 USA PST) and must also attend/present at the meeting. Please check the discounted hotel room rates on the Accommodations Page of the website. Please ensure you have submitted the Visa application if required. Registration payment must be made before an author can submit their final paper.

Specific Registration Instructions (Authors)

Authors:  All authors need to have PINs. You can confirm your PIN or get a new PIN from

https://embs.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/pinwizard.pl

1. Press the link and log in with PIN number and password
2. Press the link “Connect to the Registration system”.
3. Enter your info and specify Registration Type as Author. And proceed from there.
4. After following instructions, you will reach a page to indicate the number of accepted papers you have submitted. You will need your paper ID numbers and paper titles.  Then continue to the payment page and  enter your Credit Card info and finish payment.

Please wait 5 minutes before going back to the Papercept site and uploading your paper as there is a slight delay. If you are having issues, please try using Firefox.
Authors who have uploaded their FINAL papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.

Author No Show Policy

Author no show policy: EMBS enforces a “no show” policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend the Conference will be subscribed to a “No Show List”, compiled by the Society. The “no-show” papers will be removed from the website and noted as “Author unavailable for presentation.” The “No Show List” will also be made available to all EMBS conference organizers, who can reject submissions from these authors in the following two years, based on their past negative impact on the conference.

The substitution form must be completed and submitted by the corresponding author of any paper that has been included in the NER’15 program if the corresponding author or any co-authors are no longer able to attend and present the paper in the conference.
